Your Mind Health

Wherever you are and whatever you are doing, recent or long term experiences may be having an impact on your mind health. It is important when you are ready to make the right choices to help you through this challenging time, to make choices in helping you back to good mind health, without fear, criticism or judgement.

Our message

Choices

We started GreenBlueMinds with one goal in mind: providing a trusted and transparent Mind Health Community.

Through our own experiences from Soldiering and Policing we very well know the challenges of low mind health and the difficulties which can be experienced. We are aware of the existing stigma and how hard it can be to step out on that path to getting back to where you want to be.

The GreenBlueMinds message is a simple one.

You have choices and when you are ready, the paths you choose to follow can be with direct support or virtual help.

Your mind health journey is not a one size fits all approach.
